A Typical Day at Datça Retreat
Every day at our Datça retreat is designed to nourish your body, calm your mind, and connect you with nature and each other. Here’s what a day might look like:
08:00 – Morning Movement by the Sea
Start your day with an energizing yoga or Pilates session by the water, as the sun rises over the bay.
09.30 – Sumptuous Breakfast/ Brunch
Gather for a delicious homemade brunch, prepared with fresh, local ingredients — think fruits, herbs, cheeses, and warm breads.
11.00 – Guided Nature Walk
Enjoy a relaxed guided walk through the surrounding hills or along the coast — a chance to breathe deeply, move gently, and take in the beauty of Kızılbük.
Free Time
Relax, swim in the sea, read under the trees, or simply nap — this is your time to do exactly what you need.
18:00 – Afternoon Movement Session
Recenter with a second movement session, focused on restoration, breathwork, and gentle release as the day winds down.
19:30 – Group Dinner
Come together for a lovingly prepared group dinner, shared in good company with local flavors and peaceful surroundings.
Day or Evening – Optional Activities
Depending on the day, you’ll have the chance to enjoy optional experiences like belly dancing, a boat tour, a visit to Knidos ancient city, or an evening bonfire gathering under the stars.
